These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the access and use of the website eatsnacc.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept the T&Cs, please refrain from using the Site.

 

 

I – GENERAL PROVISIONS

Aroson Foods Pvt Ltd, the parent company of SNACC, reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The version applicable is the one in force on the date of your order. Using the Site or placing an order implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.

 

 

II – WEBSITE ACCESS & AVAILABILITY

The Site is accessible 24/7, subject to downtime for technical maintenance or force majeure events. While we do our best to ensure seamless access, SNACC is not responsible for interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control.

 

 

III – ACCOUNT CREATION

To place an order, users may create an account or check out as a guest. If an account is created, the user must:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep login credentials secure

We reserve the right to refuse account creation or cancel orders if we suspect misuse, fraud, or false information.

 

 

IV – PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products shown on the Site are subject to availability. While we regularly update inventory, occasional discrepancies may occur. In such cases, we may cancel the order and initiate a refund.

We strive for accurate product descriptions and images, but minor variations may exist due to natural ingredient variations or packaging changes.

 

 

V – PLACING ORDERS

An order is considered confirmed only when:

  • The payment is successfully completed

  • You receive an email confirmation from us summarizing your purchase

SNACC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Disputes from previous orders

Prices include GST but exclude any custom duties or international taxes.

 

 

VI – SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping fees and timelines are clearly listed at checkout.

 

 

VII – PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay, Shopify Payments, or other approved gateways. We do not store your full card details. Transactions must be completed in Indian Rupees (INR). In case of failed or declined payments, the order will be cancelled.

 

 

VIII – PRICING & TAXES

All prices on the Site are in INR and inclusive of GST. Additional charges like delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout. For international orders (if supported later), custom duties and foreign exchange fees (if charged by your bank) will be borne by the customer.

 

 

IX – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on eatsnacc.com — including product designs, images, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of Aroson Foods Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

 

 

X – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We strive to ensure the accuracy of product and pricing information, timely delivery, and secure shopping. However, SNACC shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays or disruptions beyond our control

  • Slight variations in product appearance

  • Losses caused by misuse of our Site

 

 

XI – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
