🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

At SNACC, we believe in love at first bite so most of our munchies are final sale when bought directly from eatsnacc.com. But if something shows up crushed, busted, or just plain wrong, don’t worry, we’ve got your back.

🛍️ What Can Be Exchanged?

We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged or not up to quality standards.

📅 Time Window

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. The quicker you reach out, the faster we can sort your SNACC emergency.

📸 Proof, Please!

To help us help you, please send photos of the damaged or poor-quality product along with your order number. This helps us process your exchange faster.

🔁 Exchange Process

  • We’ll replace it with the same product or one of equal value (based on availability).

  • If that product isn’t available, we’ll offer a similar munchie or a full refund. Approved refunds will be credited to beneficiary bank account within 5-7 days

  • SNACC reserves the right to decline exchanges that don’t meet the criteria above.

  • Exchanges for the products will delivered within 5-7 days

🚚 Who Pays for Shipping?

That’s on us. If your product is damaged or not up to the mark, we’ll cover the shipping both ways, pinky promise. Just keep the original packaging to send it back safely.

📦 How to Get Started?

Email us at hello@eatsnacc.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear pictures of the product + packaging

We’ll take it from there!

 


 

🛑 No Returns On:

  • Products without valid quality/damage issues

  • Taste preferences or “just changed my mind” moments

  • Items purchased from offline retail stores (please contact the store directly for that!)

  • Returns will be picked up within 5-7 days.
